What information do we collect about you?

We collect personal information including your name, your address and other relevant details from your CV when you register with us either via our website or in person. We collect information on website usage with cookies.

How will we use the information about you?

We use the information you provide for the following purposes:

  • To provide recruitment services to you
  • To maintain our business relationship with you (client, candidate or website user)
  • To send you details of job vacancies
  • To match your details with job vacancies
  • To share with clients for the purposes of recruitment
  • To fulfil contractual obligations with our clients
  • To share with trusted third parties such as our database supplier and skills tests provider. All third parties are fully GDPR compliant and equally committed to your privacy
  • We may provide your data to law enforcement or regulatory agencies if required to do so
  • We will not sell your data or share it with any organisation other than those mentioned above

Candidates and legitimate interest

When candidates sign up with RecruitAbility we send their CVs to our clients to match them with jobs and companies that meet their career objectives. All CVs have had identifying details removed. We do not otherwise sell or share your data.


We would like to send you information about our services, share latest news and industry updates and inform you of any offers or competitions we are running.

If you have consented to receive marketing emails you can opt out at any point. You have a right to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes. Please click here if you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes.

Access to your information and corrections
