RecruitAbility's 2018 round-up

2018 has been another busy and exciting year for RecruitAbility. We expanded our team by taking on recruitment consultant Adrienne Coleman. Adrienne has made a hugely positive contribution to our business since joining in March. In June Sarah Smith joined us as finance manager and in November Marion Taylor came on board as our new temporaries controller. Temporary working is a growing area of our business as more clients appreciate the flexibility of taking on staff quickly to manage usual business peaks and troughs. Marion looks after all our temporary clients and candidates and is a great person to speak to if you are thinking of taking on temp staff.

In June we celebrated ten years in business. Directors Lucy Fowler and Wendy Barriball set up the business in 2008 because they saw a gap in the market for a better quality recruitment consultancy. Lucy said, “From the beginning we were determined only to send our clients suitable, pre-interviewed candidates who would match their needs and we have been very fortunate that our wonderful clients have bought in to our business ethos. We are extremely grateful to our clients and would like to thank everyone for helping make RecruitAbility such a success. We have worked with some exceptional people since 2008 and are looking forward to many more happy and successful years to come.”

Director Wendy Barriball said, “2018 has been an excellent  year for RecruitAbility but we could not have achieved anything without our lovely clients, candidates and staff. We wish all our friends, family, clients all the very best for 2019.”
