As part of our recruitment service we are now offering psychometric testing alongside our other online skills testing. Psychometric tests can help give a better overall picture of a candidate and help employers find the ideal person for their role. 

Our psychometric tests measure things such as critical thinking, emotional expression and motivation. They provide measurable, objective data that can help with recruitment decisions. 

Although we would never recommend basing a hiring decision on psychometric testing alone they can add extra information to give a broader picture of a candidate. This will help our clients feel even more confident that they are taking on the right person.
