Job Title: Temporary Demand Planner
Location: Harlow, Essex
Pay Rate: £22.25 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, standard office hours (flexible working/hybrid available)
Contract: Temporary - 4 months, with the possibility of extension
We are looking for an experienced Demand Planner to join a fast-paced and collaborative team within a leading global beauty brand. This is a great opportunity to manage forecasting, inventory, and planning from their Harlow facility.
The Role - Demand Planner
You will be responsible for producing and maintaining accurate demand forecasts, managing inventory, and supporting the S&OP process. You'll work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and supply teams to ensure forecasts meet business needs.
Requirements:
- 3+ years' demand planning experience
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar planning systems
- Confident working cross-functionally
