Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
Employment Type: Full-time, PAYE

The Role

We're looking for a qualified Electrician to join a growing team, carrying out maintenance and reactive works across high-end residential and commercial properties in London.

This is a mobile role, ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day. You'll be handling a mix of small jobs, callouts, and short projects rather than large-scale site work.

You'll be based locally to Bishop's Stortford, collecting materials and travelling into London daily using a company vehicle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical work
  • Fault finding and repair of electrical systems including lighting, power and distribution boards
  • Attending callouts and completing small jobs and short projects
  • Conducting annual and interim testing where required
  • Ensuring all work is completed in line with Health & Safety regulations
  • Travelling between client sites across London
  • Collecting materials from the Bishop's Stortford office and delivering to site
  • Occasional collection and drop-off of tools

What We're Looking For

  • Fully qualified Electrician (e.g. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
  • Experience in maintenance and/or reactive works (rather than new-build/site work)
  • Strong fault-finding skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Based within approximately 30 minutes of Bishop's Stortford
  • Comfortable travelling into London on a daily basis
  • Professional and personable approach (client-facing role)
  • ECS Card

What's on Offer

  • Salary of £46,800 per annum
  • Company van and fuel card
  • Monday to Friday working (no weekends)
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Pension
  • Stable, full-time PAYE position
  • A varied, hands-on role
