Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Takeley
Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 (Depending on experience)
Term: Permanent
Hours: 8:30am - 5pm Monday - Friday
My client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator, who can offer their clients an exceptional customer experience. You will be working within a small team, answering calls, processing orders and building client relationships for ongoing business.
The Role of Customer Service Administrator:
- Answering incoming phone lines
- Processing customers phone, email and web orders and customer returns
- Understanding customer requirements
- Understanding of our products and services
- Supporting your colleagues
- Liaising with other departments, buying, production, goods out and technical
To be considered for the role of Customer Service Administrator:
- Self motivated
- Must like customer facing roles
- The ability to engage with customers at all levels
- Self confident
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
*You must be able to drive and have your own transport, due to the location of the office*
The Package for Customer Service Administrator:
- Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 (depending on experience)
- Hours: 8:30am - 5pm Monday - Friday
- Holidays: 20 days holiday + bank holidays
