Overview
 
We're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to grow international revenue across a specialist B2B product range. You'll manage existing overseas accounts, and develop new opportunities across agreed international territories.
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Grow international sales through a mix of account development, reactivation, and new business
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Identify new market opportunities and keep an eye on competitor activity and pricing trends
  • Manage the sales process end-to-end
  • Track pipeline and performance against targets/KPIs and provide simple reporting
  • Collaborate internally to support smooth delivery and a strong customer experience
  • International travel to see clients

Skills & Experience

  • Proven B2B international business development experience
  • Confident handling longer sales cycles (up to ~6 months)
  • Strong commercial judgement, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable with CRM and general admin/IT
  • Experience in a technical or regulated product environment is helpful (not essential)
  • Must have experience in bulk liquid commodities export.
