RecruitAbility is delighted to be recruiting for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrator to join a friendly and supportive business based in Takeley. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking either part-time or full-time hours, ideally working 4 or 5 full days per week. The company is looking to invest in the right person long-term, with a view to offering a permanent position after an initial temporary period.

The Role – Administrator: You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the business. Your duties will include:

  • Completing forms and inputting data accurately
  • Checking figures using Excel
  • Producing documents and reports
  • Managing and updating customer files
  • Sending information and correspondence to clients
  • Answering calls and taking clear, detailed messages

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • A friendly and proactive approach to work
  • The ability to work well both independently and within a small team      

Package:

  • Hourly Rate: £12.50 + holiday pay + pension
  • Working Hours: Ideally 4 or 5 full days (9am–5pm), Monday to Friday
  • Flexibility: Some flexibility available for the right person
  • Other Benefits: Free on-site parking
  • Future Opportunity: Temp-to-perm,  the company is keen to offer a permanent role to the right candidate
