Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Bishop’s Stortford
Salary: £30,000 + Uncapped Commission
Term: Permanent
Hours: 9am – 5pm Mon – Fri (office based)

Key Responsibilities:
- Research new business opportunities and make outbound calls to build a strong pipeline.
- Partner with the Sales Manager to shape and deliver targeted sales campaigns.
- Hold engaging conversations with prospects via phone, email, and online meetings.
- Handle incoming enquiries and support the full sales cycle from first contact to close.
- Prepare accurate quotes and manage client information with solid attention to detail.
- Keep CRM records tidy, updated, and reliable.
- Help refine internal processes and support continuous improvement.
- Set personal development goals and actively grow your skills.
About You:
- Around 2 years’ experience in a similar sales or account management role.
- A-levels plus strong GCSEs (including English and Maths).
- Confident communicator with a professional, friendly phone manner.
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and keen to learn.
- Full UK driving licence and own car, due to the location of the office.
The Package:
- Salary: £30,000 + Uncapped Commission
- Hours: 9am – 5pm Monday - Friday
