My client's business has increased by over 50% during lockdown and they now need additional temps to help with the run up to Christmas.
The Role of Temporary Customer Service Advisor/Sales Administrator
We are looking for keen and friendly candidates to provide excellent customer service when answering the phone and dealing with enquiries. You will be taking orders over the phone and entering the information onto the system so first class data entry skills are essential along with good communication skills. Full training will be given and no experience is required.
To be considered for the role of Temporary Customer Service Advisor/Sales Administrator:
- Excellent telephone manner
- First class computer skills
- Helpful and positive attitude
- Strong team player
- Available to start in October and work through December
- You must be available to attend a training on Friday 9th October and work Saturday 10th October and then full time from Monday 26th October
The Package for the Temporary Customer Service Advisor/Sales Administrator:
Salary: £8.72 per hour + Pension + Holiday Pay+ Bonus
Hours: 9.00am-5.30pm midweek and working 5 days out of 7 on a shift basis. If you work a Saturday or Sunday you’ll get a day off in the week. You won't be rota’d to work both a Saturday and a Sunday in one weekend. Hours on a Sunday are 9am to 4pm.
