Job Title: Receptionist / Administrator
Salary: £8.89ph plus holiday pay
Location: Near Stansted
Receptionist / Administrator required for long term temporary contract.
My client is extremely successful and growing. They are looking for a bright, outgoing Receptionist to join their busy team.
The role of Receptionist / Administrator
You will be responsible for being the first line of contact for customers, for both telephone and email. You will also be responsible for handling the post, updating logs and liaising with customers and internal departments. You will be updating various data on bespoke CRM system and Excel spreadsheets and producing reports and other general administrative duties.
This is a fast-paced role with changing priorities and multi-tasking is the norm.
To be considered for the role of Receptionist / Administrator you will need to have:-
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong administration background
- Excellent Excel and data entry skills
- Friendly and positive attitude with plenty of initiative
- Be reactive and proactive
- Excellent communication skills
- Own transport due to rural location
