Job Title: Receptionist/Administrator

Location: Harlow, Essex

Salary: £20,000 + Benefits

My successful client is looking for a Receptionist/Administrator to provide admin support to the team of professionals and assist a growing team with general admin duties.

The role of Receptionist/Administrator:

  • Front desk point of contact
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Answering the main telephones
  • Organising logistics for on-site meetings eg ordering lunch, refreshments etc
  • Assist staff with travel arrangements
  • Database entry
  • Assistance with electronic submissions
  • Ordering stationery and staff refreshments
  • Printing and collating documents and packages
  • General office organisation
  • Assist with marketing activities
  • Organising the incoming and outgoing post
  • Booking Couriers

Skills and Experience required for the position of Receptionist/Administrator:

  • Previous administration experience in a similar role is ideal
  • Enthusiasm is essential
  • Outgoing and friendly personality is essential
  • Ability to work under pressure to deliver
  • Good intuition
  • Common Sense
  • Strong computer skills with expertise of Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Confident on the telephone
  • Loyal and committed individual
  • Ability to work on your own or as part of a team
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
  • Well organised and good planning abilities
  • Good eye for detail
  • Able to multi task
  • Able to learn new skills quickly

The Package for the role of Receptionist/Administrator

Basic Salary: £20,000 + 25 days holiday
Monday to Friday 9-5pm
