Job Title: Probate Administrator            
Location: Bishop’s Stortford
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience)        
Term: Permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 4pm
 
RecruitAbility is looking for an experienced Probate Advisor to join their multi-awarding winning team, based near Bishop’s Stortford. If you have empathy, and experience working in probate then I would love to hear from you.
 
The Role of Probate Administrator:

• Speaking with families via telephone, to assess their need for probate
• Providing sympathetic support
• Answer any questions and explain the process
• Following up on referrals
• Arranging for consultants to visit the family if they have a need for probate
• Possibly providing marketing support for a small part of the day

To be considered for the role of Probate Administrator:

• You must have a calm and empathetic nature.
• Articulate and clearly spoken.
• Previous probate experience is essential.
• You must be a team player.
• Some marketing experience would be beneficial.
• Confidence in speaking with people on the phone is essential.
• This is an office based role.

The Package for Probate Administrator:

• Salary:  £28,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience)        
• Hours:  9am – 4pm Monday - Friday
• Pension
• 25 days holidays (excluding bank holidays)
• Day off on your birthday
• Free parking
