Salary:                 £30,000 to £35,000 + Excellent Bens Pro Rata

RecruitAbility are recruiting for an experienced Part Time Payroll Administrator for our successful and well established client based in Bishop’s Stortford working for a very friendly company to work 3 or 4 full days.

Due to their continued success, they are currently looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their busy team where they will offer excellent career prospects and flexibility where required.

The role of Part Time Payroll Administrator

  • Calculating and processing payroll from starters to leavers
  • Speaking to customers and advising on payroll matters
  • Pension administration
  • Processing the monthly RTI, Tax Year End, including P11Ds
  • Liaising with benefits teams
  • Running weekly and monthly payrolls
  • Checking for anomalies on the payroll and investigating
  • Posting payslips
  • Following procedures
  • Meeting clients monthly and building rapport
  • Dealing with international payroll
  • Getting involved in special projects eg Newsletter, Website, Social Media, Technical Testing


To be considered for the role of Part Time Payroll Administrator

 

  • Previous payroll experience is essential ideally gained within a bureau environment
  • Able to prioritise workload effectively
  • Strong manual calculations skills
  • The ability to work on your own initiative
  • Possess good numeracy skills

  • Develop and maintain a close working relationship with customers

£30,000 to £35,000 dependent on skills and experience Pro Rata

+ pension (salary sacrificed)
