Job Title: Operations Co-ordinator
Location: North Weald
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)
Term: Permanent
Hours: 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
RecruitAbility is looking for an experienced Operations Co-ordinator to join their client's small, successful business. The Role of Operations Co-ordinator:
- Stock control and ordering
- Daily order processing using Excel and Quickbooks
- Managing all Amazon and Ebay orders and stock levels
- Updating the website using Photoshop
- Liaising internally with sales and finance
- Analysing statistics and figures to ensure optimum product growth and exposure
- Muck in when necessary in the warehouse or other areas of the business
- Picking and packing in the warehouse when needed
To be considered for the role of Operations Co-ordinator:
- Experience with Amazon Vendor Central would be an advantage
- Previous operations experience would be beneficial
- You must be a strong team player
- You must be able to drive and have your own transport due to the location
- Excellent computer skills are essential, especially Excel
- This is a small company, so you will be expected to muck in with other aspects of the business when necessary
- A positive, can-do attitude
The Package for Operations Co-ordinator:
- Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)
- Hours: 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday
- Pension
- 20 days holiday (excluding bank holidays)
