Job Title:             Office Manager/Administrator

Location:             Stanstead Abbotts

Salary:                 £25,000 - £27,000 (depending on experience)

Term:                   Full time, Permanent. 8am – 5pm


My client is a family run business based in Stansted Abbotts.  They are currently looking for an Office Manager/Administrator to join their well established, busy team.

The role of Office Manager/Administrator:

  • Managing staff & subcontractors
  • Ensuring that all client details and spreadsheets are updated daily
  • Sending off information for payroll
  • Assisting the MD where necessary
  • Liaising with clients and dealing with any issues
  • Raising invoices and managing payments
  • HR, including sickness, holiday, interviews and new starters

To be considered for the role of Office Manager/Administrator:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • A basic knowledge of residential property services
  • Able to work as a team
  • Have a strong personality
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Have your own car and full licence
  • Be able to act on your own initiative

The package for the role of Office Manager/Administrator:

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 (depending on experience)

Holiday: 28 days including bank holidays

Hours:  8am – 5pm
