Job Title: Office Manager
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 pa (depending upon experience)
Location: Bishop’s Stortford
Term: Up to 12 Month Contract (Strong possibility of permanent thereafter)
RecruitAbility are looking for a capable, willing and experienced Office Manager to join their client’s nationwide business. This is a varied job working for a highly regarded and well-known company.
The role of Office Manager
The Office Manager will be responsible for all management functions including answering the phone, booking appointments, dealing with COVID paperwork, banking, bank reconciliations, insurance claims, producing weekly rotas as well as managing the staff.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role as well as having excellent communication and customer service skills as they will be dealing with the public as well as staff.
You must have:
Excellent computer skills
Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
Attention to detail
Flexible & willing
The package for the role of Office Manager
Basic salary – up to £25,000 pa
Hours – 9am – 6pm Monday to Saturday and 9am – 5pm Sunday (5 days over 7 with one day being a Saturday or Sunday)
25 days holiday + bank holidays
