RecruitAbility are recruiting for an Insurance Sales Executive for our client who are a very well-established yet growing business situated in fantastic offices.

We are looking for a candidate who is keen and tenacious who in return will receive all the necessary licences required to work in my client’s area of expertise.  The career prospects are excellent as well as the long-term earning prospects with experienced team members currently earning 45-55K.

The role of Insurance Sales Executive.

  • Acquire and maintain knowledge of insurance products – full training and support provided
  • Producing quotes for clients
  • Identify opportunities to cross sell and upsell
  • Review and advise on customer insurance requirements
  • Delivering first class levels of customer service at all times
  • Maintain record keeping
  • Working within compliance

To be considered for the role of  Sales Executive:

  • Previous experience within the insurance/financial services sector would be ideal but not essential
  • Previous track record in sales in any sector is essential
  • Tenacious and self-motivated
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Drive and enthusiasm
  • Reliable and trustworthy
  • Well organised
  • Excellent computer skills – ie MS office
  • Able to create well written emails
  • Excellent team player
  • ‘Can-do’ attitude
  • Friendly and engaging personality
  • Must have own transport due to rural location

The package for the role of Office Administrator:

  • The basic salary: £20,000-£25,000 dependent upon experience
  • 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Contributory Pension

  • Hours:  Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
