Our client is seeking a fully qualified Finance Manager/Management Accountant to lead and oversee all financial activities within their thriving and robust sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage monthly management accounts, providing in-depth insights into financial performance.
- Model financial scenarios and deliver recommendations based on detailed analysis.
- Analyse income streams, offering detailed forecasts and profit/loss reports.
- Implement strategies to enhance financial performance, streamline operations, and maximise profitability.
- Provide comprehensive financial reports and collaborate with management to drive company growth.
- Work closely with the CEO, COO, and executive team to support strategic planning.
- Attend board meetings to discuss key financial matters.
- Supervise and mentor one direct report, fostering professional development.
- Utilise Sage and CRM systems for efficient financial management.
- Prepare due diligence for future corporate transactions.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in financial management.
- Fully qualified accountant with a strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modelling and analysis.
- Energetic self-starter with a keen awareness of financial performance and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Experience in managing a team and building strong relationships with key stakeholders, particularly the COO.
- Proficiency in Sage and CRM systems.

Basic Salary: c.£60,000 per annum

Benefits: Pension, 23 Days Annual Leave + 1 additional day per calendar year worked, up to 25 days

Location: Hybrid - 4 days in the office and 1 day remote
