Job Title:              Export & Office Administrator

Location:              Saffron Walden

Salary:                   £23,000 - £25,000 dependent upon experience

Term:                    12 month fixed term contract with possible Permanent position thereafter

The role of Export & Office Administrator:

Responsible for the export of sold goods, including creating and processing of export paperwork, packing lists, certificates of origin.

Preparation, reconciliation and submission of Intrastrat/HMRC returns

Maintaining regular contact with export shippers and logistics companies to confirm correct documentation, obtain competitive shipping pricing and arrange collections/deliveries

Liaising with project managers and warehouse staff to ensure deliveries are correct and made on time

Chasing project managers and pushing back when necessary

Assisting the FD to control admin costs across the company

Fleet administration

Training administration

Arranging all staff business travel

BREXIT lead

To be considered for the role of Export & Office Administrator:

Previous experience of export and export documentation is essential

Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel is essential

Strong organisational/time management skills

Accurate with an eye for detail

Excellent admin and organisational skills

The basic salary:  £23,000 - £25,000

23 days holiday

Hours – Monday to Friday 8.30 am – 5.30 pm
