A Fundraising Coordinator is required by my client to provide support to the team. 

 

The Role of Events Coordinator:

 

  • Work closely with other teams to generate support for various fundraising initiatives
  • Assisting in training and mentoring
  • Supporting events as well as attending when required
  • Liaising with third party fundraisers regarding events
  • Deliver presentations
  • Develop relationships with clients
  • Organise fundraising appeals and projects
  • Researching ideas and target audiences
  • Issues letters and ensure income is generated
  •  Attend networking events regularly
  • Administration
  • Look to develop new business by being proactive and engaging with new contracts
  • Working to targets
  • Deal with incoming enquiries  

 

To be successful for the role of Events Coordinator:

 

  • Ideally, previous experience in a similar role
  • Possess a highly motivated, ‘can do’ attitude
  • Flexible and trustworthy
  • Excellent telephone oral, written and IT communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and team working skills
  • The ability to inspire and motivate other
  • Highly organised and efficient in managing workload
  • Able to build strong long lasting relationships
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential

Salary £23,000

Free on site parking

The working hours are 9am-5pm
