Job Title: English/Italian Speaking Office Administrator – 10-month Maternity Cover
Location: Outskirts of Bishop’s Stortford
Salary: £18,500 pa
My client is looking for a bilingual English/Italian administrator to join their growing and successful international business based on the outskirts of Bishop’s Stortford. Previous admin experience is required, but my client will provide you with all the training you need around the product, but you must speak English and Italian fluently and have a very positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
The role of Administrator:
You will be required to assist in all day to day tasks including, answering the phone, dealing with customers and suppliers, taking orders, keeping documentation up to date, ordering supplies and organising the transportation of the product including talking to haulage companies and booking travel. There will also be ad hoc secretarial duties.
