Job Title: Digital Communications Coordinator
Salary: £20,000 - £21,000 pa
Location: Nr Halstead, Essex
Term: Permanent
My client is looking for an experienced Digital Communications Coordinator to join their hugely successful and highly regarded charity business.
The role of Digital Communications Officer
This role will involve:
- Creation, scheduling and delivery of all organic social media posts across multiple channels and of the day to day social monitoring and responding
- Work with the team to plan the social media and email calendars in advance
- To manage the 3 email newsletters from content through to production and delivery
- Support for the Digital Marketing ManagerContent creation, collation and updates for social media, email and the website using the CMS for website creation, production of pop-ins etc
- To manage and organise photo shoots
- Keeping accurate records of mission web reports and update the online Media Centre daily
- Work alongside the Digital Marketing Manager to develop experience in Google Analytics, SEO and AdWords
- Provide administration support to the entire Marketing and Communications team
- Working to policies and procedures

The right candidate must have:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong administration and organisation skills
- Motivated and committed, with an enthusiastic and flexible approach to work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to liaise with people of all levels
- Creative and Enthusiastic
- Highly organised and efficient in managing workload
- The ability to inspire and motivate others to support the Charity
- Willingness to work outside of standard hours including an on-call weekend rota
- Good knowledge of Essex and Hertfordshire
- To have a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle
The package for the role of Digital Communications Coordintor:
The basic salary is up to £21,000 pa
