Main duties of the Customer Service Team Manager:

  • Being the main point of contact for all team members
  • Organising and distributing the customer service workload on a daily basis
  • Documenting instructions on the internal system
  • Minuting staff catch up meetings and appraisals
  • Overseeing the staff and the department in the absence of the Department Manager
  • Being actively involved in reviewing internal processes


Essential Criteria for the role of Customer Service Team Manager:

  • Experience in customer services within an office environment
  • Have natural authority and confidence
  • Full UK driving licence and car
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills
  • An aptitude for learning new processes and software


The Salary for the Customer Service Team Manager: A basic salary of £25,000 - £27,000 pa
