RecruitAbility have another opportunity for a Customer Service/Sales Administrator to join their great client based in Harlow.  This role offers great training and a fabulous working environment.

The role of Customer Service/Sales Administrator:

Dealing with incoming and outgoing sales & customer services phone callsDealing with incoming and outgoing post including Printing, collating and posting insurance policies (when Required)Dealing with incoming email queries/ communicating with general public in connection with their queries (when required)Daily filingObtain full knowledge and use of the Broking issuing/Management system (Magenta & any bespoke systems).  Full training is given.

To be considered for the role of Customer Service/Sales Administrator:

It is essential to have experience of working in an admin/telesales roleConfident, with good written and verbal communicative skillsHave a methodical approach and a sharp eye for detailAble to balance priorities and to have high personal service standardsGood numeric and computer skills including basic Excel, Word and Microsoft OutlookAble to work within a team environment and alone when necessaryCommitted to helping with the growth of the company and to help in maintaining high company service standards

The Package for the role of Customer Service/Sales Administrator:

Basic salary: £17,100 pa + commission (OTE c.£22,000-£24,000 pa)

Hours:   Standard office hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm 5 days per week with an hour for lunch to be taken at a time convenient to the company.

The Company may require the Employee to work additional hours as may be necessary for the proper performance on his/her duties.


20 days’ holiday per annum to be taken at times as agreed with the Team Leader


After qualifying period:

Death in Service Cover 2 times Salary

Travel Insurance

Contributory Pension Scheme

Holiday entitlement to be increased by 1 additional day for each continuous year of employment, up to 5 days
