Hours:             9am – 5pm Monday - Friday


RecruitAbility are looking for an enthusiastic customer service/sales administrator to join their client’s busy and dynamic customer service team.


The Role of Customer Service/sales Administrator:

  • Reporting to the Team Leader/Director
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing sales & customer services phone calls
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post including Printing, collating documents (when Required)
  • Dealing with incoming email queries/ Communicating with general public in connection with their queries (when required)
  • Daily filing of paperwork (when required)

To be considered for the role of Customer Service/sales Administrator:


  • It is essential to have experience of working in an admin/telesales role
  • Confident, with good written and verbal communicative skills
  • Have a methodical approach and a sharp eye for detail
  • Able to balance priorities and to have high personal service standards
  • Good numeric and computer skills including basic Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook
  • Able to work within a team environment and alone when necessary
  • Committed to helping with the growth of the company and to help in maintaining high company service standards



The Package for Customer Service/sales Administrator:

Salary:             £20,000 per annum (£11 per hour)

Hours:             9am – 5pm  Monday - Friday



20 day holiday (excluding bank holidays)
