Job Title: Customer Service Advisor – Luxury Brand
Location: Harlow, Essex
Salary: c. £22,000 + Excellent Benefits
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-known luxury brand but without the London commute! My client are an international house-hold name and they and are looking to grow their customer service department and are looking for 3 new members of staff to join their friendly and vibrant team.
Perhaps you’re currently working in retail and are looking to make the move into an office environment - if so, this is the perfect role for you as no previous office experience is required, however you must have a very positive outlook, be willing to go the extra mile and have excellent rapport building skills.
The role of Customer Service Advisor:
Working as a team you will be dealing with Consumers by phone, taking orders, tracking orders, chasing couriers and also replying and sending emails, responding to posts on social media and their ‘Contact us’ page on their website.
There are no standard responses, this is all about going the extra mile with the customer and you will be given all the tools you need to answer their queries and make them happy.
To be considered for the role of Customer Service Advisor
- Previous experience in a Retail or Beauty background would be ideal
- Positive Attitude
- Excellent English – both verbal and written including grammar and spelling
- Willing to go the extra mile
- Well presented
- Rapport building skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Any travel, world duty free, retail or salon experience would be of interest as these are backgrounds that other team members have come from and have excelled once joining this company
- It is imperative that you are a team player
The package for the role of Customer Service Advisor
The basic salary: c.£22,000 + Free products worth up to 3K per year + Bonus
Dress Code: Relaxed office wear
**Hours: This role covers shifts from 8am to 6pm and 10am to 8pm including weekends. You would be required to work for 7 days and then have 5 days off so you would work every other weekend. This is a non-negotiable part of the role but if you’re already working in retail and want to make the move into an office then this is the ideal role for you **
