Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Outskirts of Buntingford
Salary: £20,000 to £25,000 dependent upon experience
Term: Permanent
Our client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their very busy, vibrant and friendly team working for a very well established and successful business set in beautiful and recently refurbed offices with ample parking. Our client offers excellent long term career prospects with certified training.
The role of Customer Service Advisor:
- Taking incoming calls and helping customers with their queries
- Replying to emails
- Amending documents
- Inputting information onto the system and managing the workflow
- Answering the phones and dealing with enquiries
- Chasing for information
- Keeping customers updated and going the extra mile
To be considered for the role of Customer Service Advisor:
- Previous office based customer service experience is essential
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Excellent eye for detail
- Well organised
- Able to work with compliance
- A banking/finance/accountancy or insurance background would be highly desirable
- Confident and outgoing personality
- Excellent computer skills - ie MS office
- Able to create well written emails
- Excellent team player
- Hardworking with good work ethics
- Friendly personality
- Own transport is essential due to the rural location
The package for the role of Customer Service Advisor:
- Salary: £20,000 to £25,000 dependent upon experience
- Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
- 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
