Job Title: Customer Service Advisor - Travel Industry
Location: Near Stansted, Essex
My client is looking for an excellent Customer Service Advisor to join their very busy, successful and growing company. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very well established business in their recently refurbished offices where they offer great prospects and a brilliant working environment.
The role of Customer Service Advisor:
Your role will be to answer calls and handle queries dealing with any issues or problems they may have regarding the nature of my client’s business.
You must have a pleasant and confident personality and be able to deal with tricky situations at times.
You will also be replying to queries by email and adding new information onto their system.
To be considered for the role of Customer Service Advisor:
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbalPrevious experience of working in an office environment is essentialCustomer service experience would be idealConfidentExcellent computer skills – ie MS officeAble to create well written emailsExcellent team playerFriendly and engaging personality
The package for the role of Customer Service Advisor:
The basic salary: £18,000
Hours – Monday to Friday 8.30 am – 5.30 pm
Free parking and close to mainline railway station
