RecruitAbility is looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their well-established client based in Harlow. This is a hybrid role, with some flexibility for the right candidate. This role would suit a confident candidate, with excellent communication skills.

The Role of Customer Service Administrator:

  • Dealing with incoming email queries/ communicating with the general public in connection with their queries (when required)
  • Daily filing and paperwork (when required)
  • Obtain full knowledge and use of company computer processes and systems
  • Acknowledge, investigate and correspond on all queries received via, phone, email or web
  • Dealing with customer queries through Live Chat
  • Ensure that the company is always represented in a professional manner
  • Attention to detail and high standard or customer service is required
  • Team player with positive attitude and natural customer care skills


To be considered for the role of Customer Service Administrator:

  • Excellent phone manner, communication and written skills
  • Ability to work within a team and alone when necessary
  • Ability to have clear, concise and professional dialogue with customers and internal colleagues by telephone and email
  • Deal with situations where the customers' expectations have not been met and achieving a positive outcome that gives the customer with a positive impression
  • Have the ability to organise time effectively and stay on top of all queries
  • Good computer skills including basic Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook
  • Committed to helping with the growth of the company and to help in maintaining high company service standards

The Package for Customer Service Administrator:

  • Salary: £22,000 per annum
  • Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (some flexibility in the hours). Hybrid working
  • Pension
  • 20 day holiday (excluding bank holidays)
