Location: Near Bishop’s Stortford
Salary: Up to £25,000 pa depending upon experience
My client is looking for an experienced Customer Service/Administration Manager to join their hugely successful family run business close to Bishop’s Stortford.
The role of Customer Service/Administration Manager
This is an exciting new role where you will be responsible for answering any incoming calls, dealing with customer feedback and complaints extremely quickly, covering reception, being passionate about providing excellent customer service, sending out weekly surveys and collating and dealing with the responses. This is a fundamental role within this thriving business as you will be responsible for understanding any retention issues in order to retain current business and improve company ratings. This role does not involve managing any staff.

Be reactive and proactive
Ability to deal with complaints
Excellent communication skills
Own transport due to rural location
The package for the role of Customer Service/Administration Manager
Basic salary: Up to £25,000 pa + commission (depending upon experience)
Hours: 8.00 am – 4.30 pm or 8.30 am – 5.00 pm
20 days holiday + bank holidays
