Job Title: Complaints Handler
Salary: £22,000 pro rata

RecruitAbility Ltd are looking for a keen Complaints Handler to join their highly successful client based in Stansted Abbotts.
To be considered for the role of Complaints Handler: -
It is essential to have experience of working in Complaints Handling
Dealt with mediation and resolving customer complaints
Understanding the Consumer Rights Act 2015
Confident, with good written and verbal communicative skills
Have a methodical approach and a sharp eye for detail
Able to balance priorities and to have high personal service standards
Good numeric and computer skills including basic Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook
Committed to helping with the growth of the company and to help in maintaining high company service standards
The role of Complaints Handler:
Complaints handling from beginning to endKnowledge of the Consumer Rights Act 2015
Inbound and outbound calls
Composing emails responding to complaints from customers
Delivering positives and increasing customer satisfaction
You may be required to undertake other duties or work at additional or other addresses from time to time
Good negotiation skills
Use own initiative and capable of working as part of a team
The package for the role of Complaints Handler:
Basic salary: £22,000 pro rata
24 days holiday per year excluding bank holidays pro rata
The hours of work are on part time basis 20 hours per week Monday to Friday 9.30am -1.45pm which includes a 15 minute break.
