Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £26000 - £27000 DOE
Location: Bishops Stortford (office based only)
Working Hours: Shift including some weekends

Requirements
- Fluent in English with either Spanish, French, German or Portuguese.
- Good customer service skills.
- Driven and determined.
- Will follow procedures & policies.
- Experience of a CRM system: Asana, Zendesk or similar.
- Previous experience of content moderation would be advantageous.
