Job Title: Office Administrator – Part time
Location: Near Stansted, Essex
Salary: £8.25 per hour plus holiday pay
Term: Temporary to Permanent
My client is a family run business looking for a part time office administrator with excellent customer service skills to join their busy team. The company is ideally looking for the administrator to work 2 full days per week, but there may be a degree of flexibility to work around school hours.
The role of Office Administrator
Your role will include general computer work, updating letters and filing in the correct folders, organising appointments, answering calls and dealing with customers. It is a small team so you will be expected to cover for colleagues and pick up other tasks as and when required.
To be considered for the role of Office Administrator:
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Customer service experience would be ideal
- Excellent computer skills – Microsoft Package
- Confident numerically
- Team player
- Friendly and engaging personality
The package for the role of Office Administrator
Hourly rate £8.25
Hours – 2 days per week 9-5, but there may be some flexibility for 3 shorter days.
This is Initially a 3 month contract with a view to going permanent after this.
