Salary: c. £21,000 - £23,000 pa

My client is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their extremely successful company which continues to grow year on year.
The role of Administrator
This role requires an outstanding Administrator to be the 'go to person' who will provide excellent customer service and logistic support within the department. The role includes managing all logistics including scheduling deliveries and adding new deliveries to the system as well being responsible for managing emails, responding to customer queries, dealing with complaints, providing excellent customer service, dealing with weekly budgets and assisting with any admin work relating to the department. This is a new role which requires excellent organisation skills and the ability to implement new systems extremely efficiently.
To be considered for the role of Administrator
At least 3/4 year's experience in a similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent Excel & Word skills
Customer service experience
Extremely well organised
Calm under pressure
Reliable and trustworthy

The package for the role of Administrator
Basic salary: c. £23,000 pa
Hours: Monday 7.00 am – 4.00 pm, Tuesday to Friday 8.00 am – 5pm (1 hour for lunch)
