My client are  one of the UK’s biggest specialist supplier in their field and are looking to continue their growth by recruiting for an Administrator to support their successful sales team.

The role of Administrator:

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be working as part of a small team supporting all aspects of the sales and customer service process to ensure efficient and productive turnaround of quotes, service offerings and job tickets.

General duties will include:

  • Completing sales orders to enable service delivery
  • Processing quotes
  • Raising purchase orders and purchasing of goods
  • Answering incoming sales calls
  • Running reports
  • Designing reports

To be considered for the role of Administrator:

  • Previous experience within a Customer Service or Sales environment would be ideal
  • Sales support experience would be desirable
  • Able to work as a team
  • Self-motivated
  • Key accuracy and an extensive eye to detail
  • Excellent computer skills especially MS Excel
  • Ideally any knowledge or experience or SAP would be highly desirable
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Experience of data extraction and manipulation would be ideal

The package for the role of  Administrator:

The basic salary:  £22,000 to £25,000 Dependent on experience

Hours:  7.30am to 5pm
