Job Title: Administrator - Coordinator
Location: Bishops Stortford
Salary: £10.58-£11.00 per hour + Holiday Pay
Administrator - Coordinator required for RecruitAbility’s client based on the outskirts of Stansted. Although this is initially a temporary position there is potential for it to become permanent for the right candidate.
The role of Administrator / Coordinator:
The duties will include:-
Liaising with internal departments, field teams and customers to coordinate, schedule and book appointments. Raise appropriate documentation and update appropriate databases and internal departments. Coordinate and progress outstanding bookings
To be considered for the role of Administrator / Coordinator you will need:-
- Organised and able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Confident to work on your own and within a team
- Good telephone manner
- Good IT skills, intermediate level user or above on Microsoft packages
- Excellent customer handling skills
- Solid background within a similar role
