Job Title: Administrator
Salary: £10.25 per hour + Holiday Pay
One of my favourite clients based on the outskirts of Stansted are looking for an administrator (sales), to join their busy team.
The role of Administrator:
The ideal candidate will have a solid administration background and will be literate in all Microsoft packages.
You will need to be highly organised with strong customer service skills as duties will include liaising extensively with both internal departments and external customers, by phone and email. You will also be entering and processing data via a bespoke CRM system, so you will need accurate keying skills and good attention to detail. You will also be preparing quotations, resolving customer enquiries/queries.
This a varied and fast-paced role in a busy environment, so you will need to be organised, able to cope well under pressure and work well within a team as well as alone.
There is free parking available on site.
Although this is a temporary position, it is long term and there is potential for it to become permanent.

- Solid administrative background
- Extremely well organised
- Good attention to detail
- Used to preparing quotations and completing
- Computer literate and an Intermediate user of Microsoft packages
- Excellent customer service skills
