Job Title: Administrator - Temp to Perm
Location: Stansted, Essex
Salary: £11.00-£12.00 hour
My client is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their friendly team working in a varied and busy role.
The role of Administrator:
- Process technical documentation and authorisations (chase and check documents) (training will be given)
- Manage excel and access spreadsheets as directed
- Write up reports & minutes
- Prepare document packs
- Maintain department outlook calendar
- Maintain database/s
To be considered for the role of Administrator
Previous admin experience is essential
- Excellent Excel, Outlook and Word skills and ideally Powepoint and Access
- Able to create well written emails
- Accurate and fast keyboard skills
- Well organised
The package for the role of Administrator:
The basic salary: £11.00-£12.00 hour plus holiday pay
Hours – Monday to Friday 9-5.00pm
