The role of Administrator:

  • Processing customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Liaising with production to ensure the orders are despatched on time
  • Follow up on enquiries and quotes
  • To assist in marketing initiatives
  • To produce shipping documentation
  • Booking couriers
  • Producing reports
  • Complete electronic filing

 

To be considered for the role of Administrator

  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Confident telephone manner and outgoing personality
  • Previous experience of working in an office environment is highly desirable
  • Excellent computer skills – ie MS office
  • Any Sage experience would be highly desirable
  • Able to build relationships with clients
  • An understanding of marketing would be an advantage
  • Well presented
  • Quick learner
  • Excellent team player
  • Able to work to deadlines
  • Good attention to detail

The package for the role of  Administrator

The basic salary:  £15,500 to £18,000 dependent upon experience

Hours – Monday to Friday 8.30 am – 5.00 pm
