RecruitAbility has a great opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a well-known luxury brand company based in Harlow. Our client is an international household name and they are looking for an excellent Administrator, with a sharp eye for detail, to join their friendly team.

The role of Administrator:

  • This position is responsible for the delivery of all orders from intake to dispatch - following KPIs and alerting the business to any anticipated delays
  • Managing the Orderbook in line with KPIs
  • Allocating and printing all order types, within agreed admin processes
  • Updating the system with stock balances
  • Matching orders and dispatch / transport paperwork
  • Controlling specific Customer logistics requirements, ensuring correct paperwork and additional labeling requirements are met
  • Communicating all stock issues
  • Run end of day for various courier interfaces {Yodel & DPD}
  • Logging returns records onto control spreadsheet
  • Controlling Export order documentation
  • Sharing of sales order intake data with management team
  • Provide cover for other administration colleagues
  • Assist the site Management with any other related work task to assist the Team workload.
  • Investigating and actioning any orders which have been dispatched but not correctly pick confirmed/dispatched from the AS400 system.

To be considered for the role of Administrator:

You must have:

  • Good communication skills with a flair for providing high levels of Customer Service
  • Good level of organisational and planning skills with a solution driven mindset
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced and complex environment with the ability to work to tight deadlines with a flexible attitude
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Email, Excel, Word, Power Point and stock / Warehouse systems
  • Good relationship builder and team player who can work unsupervised
  • Flexible team member who anticipates and adapts to changes in the operational demands
  • Attention to detail is key for the multitude of bespoke client requests

The package for the role of Administrator

  • Basic salary: £21,000 pa
  • Hours: Shift rota - 6am - 2pm one week and 11am - 7pm the next - Monday to Friday ** This is a non-negotiable part of the role **
