Job Title: Administrator
Salary: £9.00 per hour + Holiday Pay
One of my favourite clients based in Harlow are looking for an administrator (Scheduling), to join their busy team.
The role of Administrator:
The ideal candidate will have a solid administration and scheduling background and will be literate in all Microsoft packages.
This is a varied role and you will be liaising extensively with both internal departments and external customers, by phone and email, so you will need strong customer service skills. You will also be preparing quotes, creating orders and entering and processing data via a bespoke CRM system, so you will need accurate keying skills and good attention to detail.
This a fast-paced role in a busy environment, so you will need to be organised, able to cope well under pressure and work well within a team as well as alone.
There is free parking available on site.
Although this is a temporary position, it is long term and there is potential for it to become permanent.
