Job Title:                            Experienced Administrator – Pharmaceuticals


Location:                            Harlow, Essex


Salary:                                 c. £25,000 Dependent upon experience


Term:                                   Permanent, Full Time



My successful client is looking for an experienced Administrator to join this very friendly team working within a very varied and busy role.  


The role of Administrator:


  • Working on administrative project work
  • Assisting with Quality Management
  • Editing Excel and Word documents
  • Preparing and co-ordinating documents
  • Liaising with nursing staff and providing them information
  • Assisting with the publishing of electronic documents


Skills and Experience required for the position of Administrator:


  • Previous experience in an administration role is essential
  • Scientific background
  • Outgoing and friendly personality is preferred
  • Experience within/an interest in the pharmaceuticals industry is highly desirable
  • Strong computer skills with expertise of Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook is essential
  • Any knowledge of Visio would be highly desirable but not essential
  • English and Maths GCSE/O’Level is essential (or equivalent)
  • Ability to learn
  • Good analytical skills
  • Ability to work on your own or as part of a team
  • Good eye for detail
  • Able to multi task


The Package for the role of Administrator:


Basic Salary: c. £25,000 Dependent upon experience
