Job Title: Administrator
Location: Harlow, Essex
Salary: £25,000 pro rata
Type: Part Time, Permanent
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join my client’s successful business in Harlow. This will be on part time basis covering two days a week Monday’s and Tuesday’s which will be full days.
The Role of Administrator:
Your role will be to provide a full administration.
You will also be required to:
Inputting information on the system
Sales order processing onto Sage 200
Raising purchase orders
Corresponding with clients and chasing for information.
Answering phone calls and speaking to customers
Dealing with email enquiries
Dealing with any issues or problems
Delivering great customer service
To be considered for the role of Administrator:
Great attention to detail
Good team player and happy to work within a small team
Experience within a similar role
Confident using Word, Excel and Outlook
A positive attitude is essential
Reliable, flexible and out going
The Package for the Administrator:
Salary: £25,000 depending on experience this is pro rota
Hours: Monday and Tuesday’s 8:30am-4:30pm or 9:30am -5:30pm
