My client is looking for an Administrator to join their busy team.
The role of Administrator
The role of Administrator is to provide support to the Office Manager. The role includes handling all administrative processes including scheduling engineers, talking to customers and supporting the sales team. This is a role which requires excellent organisational skills and attention to detail and the ability to work well as a team member. It would suit someone who wants to learn and develop.
Although this is a temporary position, it is potentially ongoing and may become permanent
To be considered for the role of Administrator you will need:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Customer service experience
Computer literate – Intermediate level Word and Excel
Extremely well organised
Calm & unflappable
