A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join my client’s successful business in Bishop’s Stortford.

 

The Role of Administrator:

Your role will be to provide a full administration, sales order processing and dealing with customers over the phone.

You will also be required to:

  • Answering phone calls taking orders and dealing with customer enquiries
  • Processing orders
  • Preparing quotes
  • Preparing invoices and scanning them onto the system
  • Corresponding with clients
  • Dealing with any issues or problems
  • Create and collate a weekly e-newsletter and publications at Christmas
  • Delivering great customer service

 

To be considered for the role of Administrator:

  • Confident telephone manner
  • GCSE’s in Maths and English
  • Great attention to detail
  • Good team player and happy to work within a small team
  • Experience within a similar role
  • Well organised
  • Strong IT skills using Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Social Media
  • A positive attitude is essential
  • Reliable and flexible
  • Able to work in fast-paced and demanding environment

 

The Package for the Administrator:


Salary: £18,000-£25,000 depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
