Job Title: Administrator

Location: Dunmow, Essex

Salary: £18,000

Term: 6 months Temp with a view to becoming Perm

Key Responsibilities for the position of Administrator

Provide a high level of administrative support within the sales and operations department
Generate customer orders received by telephone or orders
Opening new customer accounts by following the correct procedure
Provide a top level of customer service including calling customers
Able to process customer sales orders, pick stock and liaise with the warehouses
Monitor the despatch and transit of orders to successful delivery
Support all of the required admin tasks
Handle any complaints efficiently
Inputting and updating the systems

Skills and Experience required for the Administrator role:


Excellent telephone manner
Ideally, a minimum of 1 year’s experience in an admin/customer service role
Good team player
Focussed and conscientious
Good attention to detail
Enthusiastic and outgoing
Able to see tasks or projects through from beginning to end
Excellent computer skills
A driving licence and own transport is required due to the rural location of this organisation.

The Package for the role of Administrator role:

Salary: £18,000

Hours: 9-5pm with 1 hour for lunch

Term: Temp to Perm. This role will be a fixed term contract for the first 6 months with the view of it becoming a permanent role.  All their recruitment is done in this manner and all of the staff have stayed at the end of the 6 months.
