Main duties of the Administration Manager vacancy:

  • Dealing with utilities management including meter readings, billing and invoicing
  • Day to day support of building maintenance and all associated paperwork
  • Providing support for all Health & Safety activities
  • General help with IT issues
  • Providing basic HR Support

Essential Criteria for the role of Administration Manager:

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Have some experience of Facilities Management and Health & Safety
  • Must be approachable and resilient
  • Must have 5 years experience in a similar role


The Salary for the Administration Manager vacancy: A basic salary of £25,000 to £30,000 pa
