My client is looking for an experienced Administrator/ Customer Service Advisor to join their very busy, vibrant and friendly team.  

The role of Admin/Customer Service Advisor

  • Replying to emails 
  • Inputting information onto the system 
  • Dealing with customers and suppliers 
  • Answering the phones and dealing with enquiries 
  • Chasing for information 
  • Keeping customers updated 

 

To be considered for the role of Admin/Customer Service Advisor: 

  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal 
  • Previous experience of working in an office environment is essential 
  • Customer service experience would be ideal 
  • Confident 
  • Excellent computer skills – ie MS office 
  • Able to create well written emails  
  • Excellent team player 
  • Friendly and engaging personality 

The package for the role of Admin/Customer Service Advisor: 

The basic salary:  £18,000  

Hours – Monday to Friday 8.30 am – 5.30 pm 

Free parking and close to mainline railway station
