Job Title: Accounts Assistant – Immediate Start
Location: Harlow, Essex
Type: 6 month Fixed Term Contract
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join my client’s successful business in Harlow.
The Role of Accounts Assistant:
- Your role will be to provide a full administration.
- Posting invoices on Sage 200
- Chasing invoices
- Comfortable with answering accounts queries both in-house and by phone with customers and suppliers
- Emailing statements and invoices
- Credit control assistance
To be considered for the role of Accounts Assistant:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Attention to detail
- Sage 200 experience is essential
- Good team player and happy to work within a small team
- Well organised
- A positive attitude is essential
- Reliable, flexible and out going
The Package for the Accounts Assistant:
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am- 5pm
